Charles cochran

Senior vice President, Banner Bank

 Charles Cochran is the Senior Vice President - Business Banking Division Director for Banner Bank. He is committed to the success of small businesses and to that end has been an Emerging Leaders Initiative Instructor for the U.S. Small Business Administration and Advisory Committee member for the Small Business Development Center. Charles also serves as Immediate Past President and Board Member of Hope Cooperative, a Sacramento area nonprofit that provides mental health and supportive housing services for people with mental health challenges in Sacramento and Yolo Counties. Additionally, he is an Advisory Board member for the Executive Education program in Cybersecurity at California State University at Chico. Charles is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Accounting from the University of Redlands. 

Charles, his wife Julia, and their six combined children ranging in age from 3 to 16, live in Carmichael with all of their children attending San Juan area schools. They are committed to serving their community and are especially focused on the education needs of children with a goal of ensuring all children have access to quality educational opportunities.
