Shawna Yang Ryan
Shawna Yang ryan, MIra Loma High school, Class of 1994
Shawna Yang Ryan is a former Fulbright scholar and the author of Water Ghosts (Penguin Press 2009) and Green Island (Knopf 2016). From 2017 to 2023, she was the Director of the Creative Writing Program at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, where she is an Associate Professor in the English Department.
Tina Macuha

Tina Macuha is an anchor/reporter at CW 31's Good Day Sacramento. She started as an original member 28 years ago. Before that, she was on various radio stations including FM 102 in the early 90s. Tina grew up in Sacramento attending K-12 at San Juan Unified, American River College and Sacramento State.
Danielle Vigilone

Danielle Viglione is currently an Assistant Coach for the LA Sparks and the owner of Sacramento Skills Academy. She was one of the original members of the Sacramento Monarchs, playing in the league’s inaugural season in 1997. Following her season in Sacramento, she went on to play 10 seasons overseas in Israel, Turkey and Italy.
