Credited with revitalizing iconic brands like Bounty and navigating complex international markets, she was named one of the world’s most powerful women by Fortune International three years in a row.

A champion of leadership, integrity, and inclusive culture, Mary Lynn has spent her career modeling the values that define P&G’s global impact. She believes deeply in continuous learning—a perspective shaped by her own educational journey across multiple schools and rooted in the value her father placed on education.
